These terms govern your use of Gtbet and the sports betting, slots, live dealer and table-game services available through it. Scope of these terms
Our terms apply to the website, your account, deposits, withdrawals and bets placed through our services. They form the agreement between you and us when you use Gtbet. Product-specific rules shown during a transaction may add to, or replace part of, these terms.
You are responsible for checking the rules attached to each promotion, game or bet before committing funds. We may update a promotion or suspend a game where a rule, security requirement or operational issue requires it.
Your account and your responsibilities
You must provide accurate registration information, including your legal name, mobile number, email address, username and password. You must be 18 or older and legally permitted to use the services in your location. Access is restricted in the United Kingdom and in other listed countries.
Keep your login details private and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed your account. You may not create multiple accounts, use another person's payment method or allow third parties to deposit to your account. We may close accounts and retain funds where our terms or anti-fraud checks require it.
Identity and payment checks
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete identity verification. We may request KYC documents, pictures of both sides of a credit card with only the first six and last four digits visible, a bank statement, a copy of your personal identification document, proof of address and proof of ownership of any other payment method used.
We may request further verification when you deposit or when our compliance checks require additional evidence. Deposited funds must be wagered at least once before they can be withdrawn. Third-party deposits are prohibited, and winnings may be forfeited if a third-party payment is identified.
Deposits, withdrawals and account charges
Your withdrawal is returned through a method available in the Cashier, normally the method used to fund the account. The minimum withdrawal is €40 or the equivalent, and withdrawal requests are processed within two banking days.
Your maximum withdrawal is €5,000 in any 24-hour period and €20,000 over 30 days. A winning balance above €50,000 may be divided into monthly instalments of up to €50,000 until payment is complete. You are responsible for taxes and applicable charges under the law of your jurisdiction.
If your Gtbet account remains unused for at least six consecutive calendar months while a positive balance remains, we may charge an administrative fee of €10 or the equivalent each month.
Bonuses and promotional conditions
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, expiry periods and maximum-bet rules. While a bonus is active, the maximum wager is €5 or the equivalent. Bonuses must not be used with third-party funds, and wagers above the stated limits may be removed together with any winnings connected to them.

Sports betting and game rules
A sports bet is settled using the odds shown when you confirm it. A free bet carries the minimum odd stated in its promotion terms. Changes to a fixture, withdrawal of an event or a settlement error may lead to a bet being voided or settled under the applicable market rules.
Slots, live dealer and table-game outcomes are determined by the rules displayed for each game. Record keeping and disputes are handled under the applicable product rules and our complaints process. Gtbet may restrict or close any game or market while resolving a technical, security or settlement issue.
VIP status and rewards
Our VIP programme has 50 progressive levels based on wagering activity. Benefits can include a personal VIP manager, increased cashback, weekly bonuses and other programme features. Level-up rewards may be paid in real money or as the prize stated for the relevant level.
Cashback is credited daily at 00:00 UTC, has no wagering requirement and remains available for three days. Eligibility depends on your deposits, withdrawals and balance. Rakeback is calculated at the end of a gaming session and can be withdrawn without additional wagering. Existing VIP status may be transferred after it is reviewed and approved.

You may request closure of your account. Closure can take up to 72 hours to process, and the account remains active during that period. You remain responsible for wagers, transactions and financial activity until closure is completed.
